The Organizational Practices Insight Inventory (OPII) takes PII to the next level, giving you insight into your organization’s operating practices and how people experience the organization.

OPII is a research-based on-line survey that allows individuals to share perceptions of how your organization operates, including:
  • Behavior Preferences – the behavior people experience in the organization
  • Expectations – the organization’s expectations people experience (stated or implied)
  • Values – the behaviors valued most and least in the organization
Understanding how each person experiences the organization is a perfect entry point for discussing culture and how to better align it with the business strategy.
