The Organizational Practices Insight Inventory (OPII) takes PII to the next level, giving you insight into your organization’s operating practices and how people experience the organization.
OPII is a research-based on-line survey that allows individuals to share perceptions of how your organization operates, including:
- Behavior Preferences – the behavior people experience in the organization
- Expectations – the organization’s expectations people experience (stated or implied)
- Values – the behaviors valued most and least in the organization
Understanding how each person experiences the organization is a perfect entry point for discussing culture and how to better align it with the business strategy.
Additionally, the collective experience that people share provides insight into the diverse practices represented in the organization.
